HORRIBLE PLACE TO SHOP/WORK

Forever 21 company is horrible. Specifically the Tucson Mall Location in Tucson AZ, the management is bratty and gives attitude to each customer. The company does not take care of the employees and treats them horribly. HR does not even answer the phone when you try to file a complaint. Management at that store is horrible, only Karina(with the red hair) and Jenn are the good managers and actually take the time to accommodate their employees and make sure they are doing well. Other managers are same age as employees and still treat them like $#*!. Brianna is the worst shift lead because she is rude not only to customers but to employees. She acts like she runs the store yet knows nothing about anything. She also makes rude remarks about employees and creates a toxic workplace. Karina(with the blonde hair) is rude and mistreats employees as well. Not only do they violate many health code regulations during COVID but they also kept a lot of cases under wraps to maintain a "healthy business standard." Management did not care about COVID, before when the mask mandate was still required. They literally let their employees get reamed by customers and did not interject. Also the stores sanitation was not where it should have been and made lots of workers and customers sick. Employees did not feel safe working there.
In addition to unsanitary conditions and a horrible management team, this company is homophobic and racist. They only hire certain races and will treat certain employees better based on color of their skin and ethnicity. They also tend to racially profile certain customers without any proof of suspicious activity. Some managers(Brianna) are homophobic and will discriminate towards employees for no reason. This place should not be allowed to continue mistreating employees or customers. STOP SHOPPING HERE THE CLOTHES ARE CHEAP AND UNSANITARY AND ARE AT THE COST OF RACISM, HOMOPHOBIA, AND PERSONAL PREJUDICES! This place should be shut down.

I stopped shopping at this store

I stopped shopping at this store. None of the workers know where anything is and I feel like they are so rude!!!

Physically Assaulted By General manager

I would give 0 rating but that's not allowed. The GM was annoyed my returns where holding up her line, even though I pre-explained I had a lot of returns at the moment. I expressed frustration over not being able to return a couple items. She got annoyed with us and started cursing at me and refused to ring me up for the last three items that I was going to purchase for that day. She walked away and I push those items from the counter onto the floor and cursed back at her. She came from behind the counter and pushed a rack of clothes on top of me, Which made me fall to the floor. Her and two other employees grab me by my hair and drag me behind the register and proceeded to beat me. I have a 2 x 6" wound on my right leg, a head laceration approximately in the middle of my forehead, she exacerbated already current conditions such as fibromyalgia and severe arthritis. I had to be helped out into the lift and I'll end up to my apartment when the wife drop me off. I Ended with her a 2 employees beating and assaulting me in store. The GM name is Sebreonia Goodman and this was the store at 200 E Pratt at, Baltimore, Maryland 21201, in the gallery mall inner harbor, below are bruises from the locked and hitting me.

A misleading shop

I bought a $24 set of makeup brushes in a bucket of $2 items next to the cashier. I realized while exiting that the price wasn't the one presented on the board. It was very misleading and disappointing.

Forever 21 is definitely my go-to store…

Forever 21 is definitely my go-to store when I’m shopping for cute fashionable clothes at a reasonable price. I’ve bought from this store multiple times, whether shopping in store or online, I’ve always had a great experience. I made an order on March 29, 2021 online and I unfortunately did not receive my package, which I understand that packages may get lost during shipment, but my package sent me an email saying that it has been “delivered”. So I wait a few days and I still haven’t received anything. I called customer service and the guy told me to call me back in a few more days to file a claim because it hasn’t been five days yet, so okay, I wait to call customer service again. I called this last time and got the most rudest person ever, she yelled at me for waiting to call and file a claim and then blames it on me that my package got lost. She wouldn’t let me talk or ask any questions. I finally got a chance to talk and tell her that I’ve tried calling numerous times and either I’m on hold very long or I have to hang up because the customer service line is only open during a period of time and I have to work during those hours. I shouldn’t even have to explain myself. She couldn’t resolve the issue with my lost package and did not get to the point so instead she keeps yelling at me like it’s my fault. Like seriously, if you don’t like your job then quit. I’ve been a customer for many years but this may be the last straw because she was so mean and treated me so poorly through the phone. I hope that no one else gets treated this way.

Terrible experience!!!!

Terrible experience!!!!! I was told that my transaction was placed on hold because it didn't pass the verification process. I called twice and both times I was answered by someone whose first language was not english! While I do not mind speaking with people whose first language is not english! I DO NOT MIND AT ALL! I admire the company for being diverse! BUT I do mind being hung up on TWICE when I express that I want to cancel my order that's not being shipped to me in the timely manner that I paid for! I will never order with this company online again!

They use FedEx and they suck and don't care

I ordered stuff from Forever 21 on March 29.5-7 business days to get to me... however they use FedEx and FedEx is awful. It is now April 12 and when I track my package through FedEx, it STILL SAYS DELIVERY DATE PENDING. My package has been in my city for 3 days now. I can't get in touch with anyone to get the package myself as it is for a girl staying with me that lost most of her stuff in a fire.
Super mad I even have to give 1 star. They made me. Forever 21 AND FedEx deserve ZERO stars.

I didn't want to even leave 1 star....

Disappointed I had to give this place a star rating at all. The customer service is awful. I purchased items at a discounted price and they failed to send an item so instead of shipping me the missing item, they reimbursed my money and made me buy it all over again, full price AND I had to pay shipping since it wasn't the minimum free shipping amount.
Next, it took entirely too long to get here. I purchased things days after purchasing from Forever 21 and those things got here days before my order from Forever 21.
This is a terrible, cheap company that is run by morons.

Horrible. Will not refund money

Since the almost went bankrupt, their quality has gone down and prices increased. They also are horrible with returns. I've sent back many items due to the store closed because of the pandemic without them letting me know if they received it or refunded me. I have to keep checking my bank account and I've had an order not refunded and they give you some excuse. Now with another order they are saying I damaged it and have to pay for the shipping back for the full order and no refund without proof. My refund was supposed to be $130, so with them going bankrupt you can see why they would want to keep it. They also have 0 customer service so if you have any issues, you will not be able to reach them. I've shopped here for 20 years but I will now stop and move onto better stores.

People do not order anything from this…

People do not order anything from this online service. If you need it for birthdays or christmas I guarentee it will not be on time. And they will not care if it is. They will tell you that they have 10 days to deliver but will not tell you that when you place your order. When I placed my order for my daughters birthday it gave me a 2 day deliver date. Here I am 7 days later and still have not received my order and now when I track it there is no delivery date at all. I will never buy anything from this company again EVER! I am so angry.. ????

20% off code a lie

Had a code for 20% off but none of your clothes can have a discount in order for you to get that discount which is crazy.... I never have had this problem with any other company it's basically false advertisement.

Terrible Customer Service

I have ordered online several times and have never had an issue. Today I placed an order and put in a 20% off code that was promoted all over the website. The first time I tried to put it in it said it couldnt be applied and instead kept giving me a discounted $6 off. I have no idea where this came from. Tried again and all went through. When I got my order confirmation the 20% promo code was missing and the only thing on there was that rinky dink $6 off discount that I didnt apply. Called customer service to get a refund on the additional $10 it charged me since it took off the 20% promo code discount. I informed them there was a glitch on the website and wouldnt even allow me to log in. They said there was nothing they could do except cancel the order and I could keep retrying. It's not the customers fault the website is glitching, I shouldnt be inconvenienced and have to keep replacing and cancelling an order over and over. Wont buy from them online ever again!

I orederd 3 item I got only 2. But they kept mentioning 3 item delivered... I didnt got my jogger pant which I orederd for my younger brother. I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
